| LOVE OF MUSIC IS A LESSON LEARNED FOR LIFE!! |
| Starting in February, Sundays at 4 p.m. Ms. Sandie's love of all that is Baroque is transferred to her students and members of the Baroque Ensemble at Keys & Strings. This 5 month program (February through June) exposes members not only to the more known composers such as Bach, Handel and Vivaldi, but the more obscure unknown composers from the earliest recorded music. We also will have some very well arranged contemporary pieces. |
| Not only does the group study the music for performances scheduled during the session, but they also learn of the time period, lifestyle, clothing and food to immerse themselves in the study of the music. Though this music is geared towards Suzuki 2 or higher level of members, those in Suzuki 1 can join us and Ms. Sandie will rearrange parts to suit their level. All levels including adults are encouraged to join us! |
